Our Team is made up of Tourism and Investment Professionals with a combined experience of over 60 years in their respective backgrounds. We are all passionate about Costa Rica and Tourism and are here to help it sustainably grow for years to come.
Esteban Viquez
Compliance & Accounting
Hailing from Cartago, Costa Rica, Esteban is responsible for accounting. He makes sure all properties are compliant with tax and municipal requirements, and also manages the repatriation of funds abroad.
Richard Bexon
Managing Director
Richard has lived in Costa Rica since 2004. He's the co-owner of Central America's largest luxury travel agency and has vast experience in real estate investments, both commercial and private.
David Stubbs
Financial Compliance Director
Our financial consultant David Stubbs is a Hewlett Packard veteran with over 30 years of management and executive experience. His role is to help run forecast models and ensure a maximum return .
Amber Hopwood
Marketing & Experience Executive
Originally from Kent, England, Amber and her family are now living in Costa Rica full time. Amber brings twenty years of experience in the software industry, focusing on efficient business practices. She is a huge supporter of sustainability and thrilled to be playing a part in the growth of Costa Rican tourism.

Sales & Marketing Executive
Jennifer oversees the marketing and communications for the bond and ensures that the bond’s message is distributed across channels, focusing on market trends and following industry best practices. She holds a double BA degree in Communications and Social Sciences. Originally from Los Angeles, CA, Jennifer lives full-time in Costa Rica.
